Who we are

What we collect

• Your work email address.
• Your company name, if you give it.
• Your answers to the optional questions: email platform, number of markets, team size, and whether you’d like to send us a brief.
• Where you came from: campaign tags in the link you followed (UTM parameters), the website that referred you, and which form on the page you used.
• A one-way hash of your IP address, used only to limit repeated sign-ups. We never store the IP address itself.

Why

To contact you about early access, to take a brief from you if you asked to send one, and to decide which teams to offer seats to first. The legal basis is your consent when you sign up. We don’t sell or share your details, and we don’t use them for advertising.

Where it’s stored

In a Cloudflare D1 database on our Cloudflare account in the EU.

How long we keep it

Until early access opens, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to [CONTACT EMAIL] and we’ll act on it. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
