Finished emails, waiting in Braze.
Caliber Email integrates with Braze. Approve a brief, and Caliber will write the email in your voice, from your own rules, build it from your own blocks with your legal lines in place, and put it in Braze as a draft. A named person signs it off. Your team builds the campaign or Canvas.

01 / What will arrive
What will arrive in Braze?
A draft in Braze for each market’s edition, made through Braze’s own API, carrying the version your approver signed off.
-
Nothing to paste
Nothing to download, nothing to paste.
-
Inert by design
The draft will be inert. It can do nothing until someone on your team acts on it.
-
A new draft, never an edit
A changed email will become a new draft, never an edit to the one already there, so work your team did in Braze is never overwritten.
The campaign or the Canvas step, the audience, the send time, any A/B split, the test send and the launch all stay with your team, in Braze, as they are today.
02 / Content Blocks
Content Blocks, catalogs and Liquid
Braze teams keep the shared parts of an email outside the message.
-
Content Blocks
Content Blocks hold reusable content such as headers, footers and legal text, and a block inserted through its Liquid tag updates every message that uses it [1].
-
Catalogs
Catalogs hold structured data such as product names and prices, and Braze stops a message whose catalog does not exist [2].
Caliber will write for that setup rather than around it.
Personalisation will be written in Liquid, Braze’s own template language. Caliber will build only from Content Blocks that exist in your workspace, with the unsubscribe link the footer needs in place.
A missing block or link will stop the draft and be named in plain words, before anything reaches Braze.
03 / Agentic Standards
Braze has brand checks now. Where does Caliber fit?
Caliber will work alongside both Agentic Standards and Braze brand guidelines.
Braze describes Agentic Standards as rules and rulesets that enforce policies on campaigns and Canvases: before launch, an evaluation checks brand guidelines, conventions and technical requirements, with Pass, Warning and Fail results [3]. Its release notes of 15 Oct 2026 list it as beta [4].
Separately, Braze brand guidelines set the voice and tone that Braze’s own writing tools follow [5].
Agentic Standards check the campaign or Canvas at launch, inside Braze. Caliber comes earlier: it will write the email itself from your own rules, with a score that shows its work, before the draft exists.
-
One brand model across ESPs.
A brand that sends from Braze in one business and from Klaviyo in another keeps one brand guide, one set of blocks and one score.
-
Design as well as copy.
The score will cover how the email is built from your blocks, not only how it reads.
-
Calibrated with your team.
Your team will score past emails beside Caliber until the two agree, so the score reflects your own judgement.
Caliber will use AI to write the copy. The method is your brand’s own rules, and the named sign-off around them.

Get early access04 / How Caliber will learn
How will Caliber learn the way you build in Braze?
Through the same connection. Caliber will read your sent campaigns with their subject lines, preview text and bodies, your Canvas steps and your Content Blocks.
Braze’s API returns no editor file for an email built in its visual editor, so Caliber will rebuild your emails as blocks from their HTML, matched against the Content Blocks you already use.
05 / A welcome Canvas
What a welcome Canvas looks like
Nordbite is a fictional demo brand, and its fixture sends from Braze to Norway and Finland. Say its team briefs a three-email welcome series.
Caliber would make six drafts in Braze, one per email and market, each with its own language, legal line and approver. Nordbite’s CRM lead then places each draft in its Canvas step and switches the Canvas on.
A brand that sends in one market gets one draft per email.
For locales, translation tags and per-market Content Blocks, read how Braze handles several languages; for the case for one brief per market, one brief, every market finished.

06 / Questions
Questions
Can we run Caliber and Agentic Standards together?
Yes. Caliber will write the email from your brand’s own rules, with a score that shows its work, before the draft reaches Braze; Agentic Standards can still evaluate the campaign or Canvas before your team launches it.
Will Caliber change our Content Blocks?
No. Caliber will read them and build only from the ones that exist. Editing a block stays with your team, because one edit reaches every message that uses it [1].
